At Lush Queens Jewellery, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully:

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Returns Not Accepted:
We do not accept returns for below reasons.
❌ Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase.
❌ Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery.
❌ Minor color variations due to screen differences.
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

Eligibility for exchange:
1)Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
2)Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible.
3)Due to hygiene and quality reasons, used or altered jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
4)Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
5)Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 7–10 working days.
